The latest BEAT T-shirt features the original Beat Girl - the very first one.  The design was based on a newspaper photo I found showing Prince Buster dancing with a lovely girl in a dancehall somewhere and somewhen in Jamaica.  This version, showing her on a vinyl disc, was used on the Beat's early tour posters.

The shirt is currently available in black print on a white shirt (M), pale blue shirt (L&M), and olive green shirt (XL).
